It was edited out/not talked about. Slight increase in sensitivity. Plus more diversity= more times for messy situations to arise. Which is good! 

Season 43 has a new twist called the "Monkey run advantage" if a member from a tribe does Jonathan's classic monkey run from season 42, their tribe will receive help from Jonathan himself. The twist also works in favor during the merge where a player can see help from Jonathan. According to sources, the twist lasted until the final 7.

Did HvV have an emotional moment like everyone helping Ethan carry his logs on EOE, or Amber sobbing on the final day of EOE in her confessional saying she wants to stay because she will miss the minimalist worry free lifestyle, or Parvati sobbing when she was surprised her NEW BORN BABY on EOE?

Did it have a delicious last minute alliance dismantle the annoying cops alliance + enablers that ruined the season? Aka Natalie and Michele.

Did it have Sophierce?

Did it have a fashion show?

HvV but it is also overrated. It is nowhere close to as good as Cagayan and Pearl Islands. HvV after the JT boot it was a straight pagonging besides the Danielle suprise vote off. 

It was somewhat bittersweet in Winners at War how in love Parvati and Fincher were when he showed up with their child.  Afterwards, she had to get a restraining order against him irl due to him being a danger to both her and the baby.

I wonder if any of the remaining Mogo Mogo tribe would have lasted past Shii Ann had they gone through with voting off Amber.  I know Big Tom said in the reunion that he was loyal to Boston Rob and Amber but there could have been a possibility that due to their Africa bond, Lex and Ethan had he been spared the Amber vote off and Big Tom could have taken control of the game and Pagonged the Chaperas.

As far as S43 possible spoilers I assume 1 which I hope is legit:   Sami will become the youngest winner.  And as for S44, Puerto Rican representation finally gets it's day!
