at the time jesse was a good player i guess but as time has passed he really was overrated, had no charisma and just did one big move just to lose the following round. He isn't needed when there's plenty of overall better players who came after him. He was dropped so we really need to leave him and that awful season in the past.

Maybe I'm misremembering but didn't he (and his alliance) basically run that game until he left and made more than a few moves? I don't think charisma should be a factor when you played the game well and made moves.
Yeah without running through every cast Jesse is probably the biggest male of the new era, should have been a huge lock especially being added diversity. We'll see who ends up on but people like Omar and Tevin would be huge wastes of spots
Screw new era players we need more old school players please I can think of a handful do they need to extend the cast from 18 to 24
Tevin was fun but he should not be on 50 and def neither should Omar who didn't really do much. Neither did IMO.
Wild that they dropped Carolyn when after Traitors she's prob one of the biggest Survivor names in years maybe even decades.

CBS is shook with the old school legends doing so well on Peacock and want some of the pie. But if you want people to continue watching your product you neeeeed to include new era people.

Agreed, if this was the direction they wanted to go in for 50 then we should have gotten a returnee season around season 45-47. At least a half all star fans vs favourites type season. Way too many people from 35-present who should have been back by now

People in the comments keep mentioning Genevieve idk why. She was just another robotic less impressive Kim Spradlin that burned out once Rome went home. I'd much rather Shan be the female representation of the 40s seasons cause we know if there's only 3 left 2 are men.

People are forgetting how much recency bias comes with returning players. They almost always have someone from either one or two seasons before. So whoever they like on 49 is coming. And probably one or two from 48

Rome left like 4-5+ weeks before she did lol I thought she played a great strategic game and was the highlight of her season. We need both Genevive and Shan!
