There's a chance maybe people were in BB mode and didn't watch it yet (decided to watch podcasts or live feeds instead) and will catch up on it later, and then next week's ratings will be better

We finally have a challenge show that doesn't have the same two 40 year old tired men and Captain Hook winning and the vacation alliance and y'all don't watch. The *** is the matter with y'all?! I don't want to hear shit if it gets cancelled

now sis at least love island was showing softcore p0rnz and hookups. These ratings are not going to skyrocket when they will just spend 50 minutes on the challenge and Alyssa obsessively trying to get rid of the cookout

the demo needs to go up point blank .40 is not gonna cut it, i expected a .60

.40 would be number one and be considered good on the  cable chart but CBS is literally on every tv known to man so yeah it wasn't the best demo but hoping it can rise

Nearly 27% decrease in the demo. Ooof. The raw viewership didn't drop off as much. Only abou 8.5%.

Big Brother is struggling in the ratings as well with a similar demo drop and a demo rating of .6 . The Challenge needs BB to do well because it seems like The challenge will be half of BB's demos. The Challenge demographic skews much older than BB.
