So I was being stalker-ish on Instagram and went looking for old cast members and see if any follow the Challenge account (even though I know the hopes are mostly dead I still hold a glimmer of hope of a true old School V's new school lol) and I looked up Anne Wharton cause I loved her on Battle of the Sexes and season 2 and she def doesn't follow the Challenge page but I saw that her cast mate Tara McDaniel follows her but Anne does not follow her back, and I saw no other cast members on her page...she must have really purged the show from her life lol

So they had a Real World reunion in 2000 with all of the seasons. All of the cast got together and then when they were doing the reunion, Flora (and Beth lol) started this whole movement that they should get paid more just for showing up. IIRC she demanded everyone get $5000 just for showing up. She tried to band everyone together and protest for higher pay; production was like this girl is crazy. She had appeared on Battle of the Seasons but they basically edited her out as much as possible and never called her back again.
I finished watching Miami yesterday actually. I'm actually interested in knowing what the cast's various significant others are up to.. Mitchell and Flora had apparently got married by the 2000 reunion but I think they're divorced now, and I wanna know what happened to Dan's beau Arnie and especially Joe's 6 foot tall crazy fiance Nic (I believe they broke up by the 2000 reunion).

A few years old now, but I found this podcast interview with Holly Shand from Latin America. It's a really interesting listen! She is still as sweet as ever. Some tidbits, she did not like Trishelle on the Inferno and was happy to send her home, but eating nine chili peppers f*cked her stomach and fingers up for days. She didn't even want to be cast but Mary Ellis herself saw her at the casting call waiting around for her friends and struck up a conversation and ended up casting her because she reminded her of her daughter. She and Dan didn't really have a romance on the Challenge 2000, but the way the producers put footage together to make it seem like they did actually ended up ruining their friendship. She didn't keep in touch with any of her castmates (except Veronica and Tara from Challenge seasons) until recently when she got nostalgic, and she reconnected with them on Facebook and even ended up meeting up with Josh. She had a "real job" when she did all of her Challenge seasons, and in fact missed the first four weeks of her semester to be on Road Rules but didn't take the semester off; she caught up once she came back home.

Holly S was def top tier elite. She did a fifteen min of blame with Susie that was pretty good too. I'm shocked she didn't come back more knowing she'd prob make it to the end and win the money, but I guess leaving a full time job, unless the boss was a fan of the show, would be frowned upon lol.
Susie just brought back 15 min of blame and had a great interview with Jermey Blossom and an interview will Kelley Limp.
