Thank TJ, I kept thinking Ty was guy, because I think when they first moved in it was said that he was gay. Isn't there a bi guy also?

Subway is a frequent sponsor of the show. They might either get to eat there free, or strongly encouraged/told to go there. Out of all these Subway meals, only one might acutally make it to air, so I assume they've got to go frequently so Subway corp. gets their product placement on TV.
