I'm sure they will go out and party but New Orleans is a diverse town with a lot more to it and a alot more to do than Cancun.

I think it makes perfect sense. They obviously are alternating between so-called "party" seasons (Hollywood, Cancun) and so-called "mellow/serious" seasons (Brooklyn, DC). Why would they want people who enjoyed the more serious seasons to be on a season they are prepping to be the opposite? It wouldn't make any sense.

The first New Orleans season was one of my favorites and I have my fingers crossed that the incoming cast can live up to the hype that the original season produced.

It was yesterday to the Katrina survivors. Denver's job with Outward Bound was with the devastated kids from NOLA area . If you watch the first episode of Denver you'll see the wrath of Katrina. Sorry, the Katrina aftermath is on the casting special.

Cancun was way too much partying and Brooklyn was way too boring. Neither were "serious" seasons. Hopefully New Orleans (and DC ) can be better.
