Dancing with the Stars

I love this show, and can't wait until it comes on. I would love to see Tony Gonzalez (ex- Kansas City Chief) be on the show, and Mariah Carey (LOL..she really needs to learn to dance).

Ecspecially after that bs AGT performance.

I really would love to see Brandy do the show! She needs more attention - her last album wasn't promoted much and didn't do so well. I'd also love Dominique Moceanu being on the show (or any other gymnast or figure skater for that matter). I guess she'd have her husband around if she did it to watch after her baby boy and her daughter, who is a toddler herself. Shawn Johnson was not a good dancer in gymnastics, so aside from learning a little choreography for a few seconds in a routine (floor routines are less than two minutes), she didn't have extensive dance training. I was pleasantly (and gratefully) surprised to see her do so well on the show.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trishelle showed up on here.

Not as many names that I didn't know this time. I am interested to see Kelly Osbourne the most.

I'm dissapointed that the Kurt Angle rumor wasn't true... but there are a few people I'm interested to see! I think it will be a good season!

As for the professional partners, Derek Hough has confirmed that he will be back, as have Cheryl Burke, Edyta Sliwinska and Alec Mazo. Anna Demidova, last season's voting winner, will be making her first appearance as a professional. Julianne Hough is taking this season off to focus on her music career. Donny Osmond has requested Lacey Schwimmer if she returns, as he is good friends with her brother Benji. As there are 3 more celebrities than last season, we can expect to see a few old faces (and possibly some new ones) on the professional side.

Angle, the current heavyweight champion of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, was scheduled to appear in a TNA Wrestling event Sunday night in Orlando, Fla. Steven Godfrey, spokesman for Nashville, Tenn.-based TNA Wrestling, declined comment on the arrest but said the main event between Angle, Sting and "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan would go on as scheduled. Godfrey also said TNA has a drug policy in place for staff and performers, but he declined to release the details. Angle's phone number is unlisted. Angle is a two-time NCAA Division I wrestling champion at Clarion University in western Pennsylvania. Happy to see Natalie Coughlin, yay a swimmer. Would of liked to see Lou Ferrigno just because my mom dated him when she was 18. Would have been fun to watch him on TV.

I love the way she acted on Charm School:). I wish Kelly had been at the reunion because she would have beat Megan harder than Sharon did. Back on topic, I think Chuck may not do so well:(. I can't see him excelling in a show like DWTS.

Yeah I'm not so sure how Chuck will do... but I think half the fun of this show is watching these ppl try... I loved how hard Steve-O was trying last year... even though he was hopeless! haha

Steve-O gave it an honest try. That's why I voted for him.

I never voted for him... but I was happy that he made it as far as he did... I think the show would be boring if it was all dancers that made it look so easy!

Chuck Liddel FTW!!! I am totally (secretly) in lust with him!!! I am dying to see him all dressed up! YAY! If he has 2 left feet I will die!! LMAO I will be watching the show this season mainly for him, but that is a pretty cool line up. It will be interesting to see MYA on the floor to since she's a tap dancer, while not professionally trained in ball room the discipline from tapping may help her. And I like Kelly Osborne too! Overall cool cast!

I'm glad Natalie Coughlin gets to do the show! I hope she does well. It will be nice to see her get more attention. She was kind of overshadowed by Michael Phelps, Dara Torres, the men's 4 x 100m free relay team, Nastia Liukin, and Shawn Johnson at the Olympics. But she did really well, winning six medals, the most an American woman has won at an Olympics. So I'll be rooting for her, Mya (she needs the exposure as well!), and probably Melissa Joan Hart.

....I hope Chuck breaks the streak of ppl who have gone home early...whom were my favorites. Season 1's Evander Holyfield, Kenny Mayne from season 2, Springer losing in 3, VInny Pastore withdrawing in 4, Mayweather in season 5, Corolla in 6, :( Ted MCginley (formerly Jefferson from Married with children) in 7, Steve-O in season 8........I hope it isn't Liddell early in 9.

I've got early money on Michael Irvin. Athletes are 5/8, so maybe 88 can make it 6/9.

Updates: Aaron-Karina, Ashley-Edyta and Joanna-Derek will be dancing the cha-cha.
