It was just because they did not want Becky to keep having 2 belts and they did not want Bayley to cash in on becky and the potential to get boo'd. Cashing in on Charlotte as you can see provides a way bigger pop.

Vince always does his best work when he has competition. This has been greatly needed since WCW folded. Good on Dean Ambrose going to AEW. He can be a full time main eventer like he always should of been. No more of that mid card BS like he was used for in WWE the past couple of years. He is a star.
