Behind the Screen: Traitors 4

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

Put some respect on King Stephen's name. Mark is probably the worst casting of all time though...

To each his own I don't find them remotely hot

I can't recall a single memorable thing he's done this whole season lol

Even Eric (or whatever his name) has the shtick where he'd be so sure about a voice/handwriting belonging to someone only to end up being dead wrong which is somewhat amusing.

killakashhh#1537

OS liked sam (Britney's ex) btw

OS Kajun#1538

Sam was lowkey hilarious and smart. The show just is terrible at editing. Stephen was super sick during film, but I'm just nostalgic loyal to him so I don't care if he's boring.

CosmicDiva#1539

Y'all are a bunch of fruitfly traitors.

So alan said out of all the us seasons, rob is the best traitor and danielle was the worst.

OS Kajun#1545

If by worst he means most iconic.

Donna was statistically the worst. They clocked her without her even going to the turret lol

Challenge 17#1547

If Rob does manage to win I'll still rank Cirie above him because the choice to pick Eric, someone who will likely not be banished before final fire instead of someone with heat on them like stephen or johnny is a huge gamble that he didn't need to take

here4realityTV#1548

Does anyone have spoilers to message me? Pleaseeeee

thats who I feel like it is. I dont think Danielle was that bad but maybe I am forgetting? I remember thinking Cody was obvious af

Even if he was it's hard to be worse than Donna since she was almost banished the first round table as well lol. Although that's not really her fault

Isn't this a spoiler? He can't be considered the best traitor (aka better than Cerie) unless he also wins at the end, right?

GoldenRing#1552

Danielle did better than most traitors so I doubt that metric is based off common sense

KChallenge10#1553

I'm so over the public and now Alan acting like Danielle was a terrible traitor when she's made it father than almost all of them

not necessarily! Could just be recency bias and that he forgot about Cirie since that wasnt really a celeb season like hes used to. He probably hated that season tbh lol.

OS Kajun#1555

It's really not a fair metric to judge because of production picking The Traitors. Gamers had such a heavy presence in the turret in the first 2 season so they were a big target. Rob was the first love show person production selected so he didn't have the suspicion on him gamers did. In season 4 it was very clear they were chasing who the producers would most likely pick which is why Donna flopped. It's a huge flaw in the production.

If he actually flops then I'm never taking Alan's words seriously after this lmao

Unless they pick traitors randomly from a hat (which would prob give us terrible picks) I don't think this format can be fixed. People will always assume the bigger personalities and gamers will be traitors and the irrelevant people like Ivar will always slide to the end. Truly don't know how they can fix that.

Tvandcoffee#1558

I know I am in the minority but I like the idea of random picks... it just means more turnaround in the turret.

Challenge 17#1559

Like I said before even just making one out of three a random choice would improve the game so much.

Same. Casting has to be better so that no matter who is choosen it can still be successful.

Challenge 17#1561

This may be a crazy idea but in the like first mission they should put a beware advantage type thing but if they pick it up, they are now a traitor lol. Im sure it would flop tho
