This reminds me of some reality show I heard of. 

The circle. These folks gotta stay in this circle. Literally and something like after certain hours if they need to use the bathroom it'll cost them the money, every meal costs them, water. Then at a point they can't do anything and if they leave the circle they out. Every expense bought is taken away from their prize money.
