Wow terrible ratings... I wonder if MTV regrets cancelling jersey shore after 6 seasons and not milking it till death like the real world. Jersey shore was getting 9 million viewers in its prime and was causing a domino effect and a lot of other shows like real world, the challenge, and catfish were getting 2-3 million viewers. Even after season 6 of jersey shore was getting over 4 million viewers and look at mtv now, just one show getting over a million viewers... I wonder if mtv will ever have a cult phenomenem like jersey shore again... I mean college dorm rooms were having viewing parties on thursday to see the damn show, jersey shore was that big.

Also why real world ratings may be  low is that issues such as being gay, racism, etc arent a big deal  nowadays like they were in the 90's/early 2000's everythings been seen before and done. Another thing is streaming, no one has to watch the show on the premiere day, you can watch everything online nowadays, just like music, tv is being affected by streaming it online.

Are you dumb? If she talks about it for a minute or two, shows the trailer, then talks about it again for a couple minutes and gave the air date and time......its promotion. How hard is that to follow? :/

Well what's most tragic about Wendy Williams promoting Ex-plosion on her highly rated Talk Show was that they changed the premiere date shortly after. Did y'all forget that? lololol

MTV2 is the much better MTV channel but nobody watches that either so it doesn't count lol

It went up 7000 comparing to the second episode, but it lost compare to the premiere!

Smh NOBODY knows about this season & it's a damn shame because it's shaping up to be the best out of the "twist" seasons.

Its not bad ! But I disagree so far the first 3 episodes of both skeletons and Explosion were better than the first 3 of this season in mybopinion.

Well the ratings have boosted on VH1 shows that he worked on promoting so hopefully they can get it together for MTV

If they would put the MUSIC back into the channel & do some actual promotion for their longtime shows, all would be well. They should've never gotten rid of TRL.

Does MADE still come on? They can bring that back too. Keep True Life of course.

I dont think Made is on anymore, Parental control was on yesterday though that was a fun show.

They could even try that show Undressed & those horrible fake dating shows again lmaooo (Room Raiders, NEXT, Dismissed, the one where they had the person sitting in the van, etc.)

They just need to come up with some new shows that people will actually watch and PROMOTE their shows. If they do that then all will be well with MTV.

My college professor was on Room Raiders. I think that stuff was more entertaining than the Real World currently.I will say, last nights episode was acutally pretty good.

They have ayto now and are currently casting for a new dating show based on the name I am assumming its similar to bachelor in paradise lmaooooo

I miss shows like Next, RR, etc.. because it allowed for LGBT repersentation. AYTO doesnt

Next was one their best dating shows. That shit was clearly fake but it was hilarious though.
