They dropped her from s01 for reasons she didn't explain, Homecoming interfered with s02 & when Homecoming was rescheduled due to the hurricane, it coincided with s03. She wants to do a challenge bad & it will be a travesty if we don't get to see her compete at least once more.

Julie’s excitement and lust for life confuses ppl. She’s just vibrant and operating on another energy plane. Lower energy miserable types will confuse it for mental illness.
