Yeah, its not an awful season. What might have made it awful would have been not being introduced to CeeJai/Jenna/Chris. Dean/Kailah ain't bad either, but I would have been fine without Dione/Sabrina tbh.Missions should have been done better too. That's what should have been worked on.

It always annoys me that ratings for specials/reunions for all tv shows tend to be lower than the actual episodes. I can't imagine anyone following an entire season and tuning out when the reunion starts. What's the point?

This is not a boring season it's just people are probably turned off at the twist and people are not watching live anymore like it's not "must see TV" like it used to be.
Glad it went down. These people are awful, this season is awful so far. Chris has killed it by making everything over - dramatic and twisting words, it doesn't make for good TV, it makes for TV that literally makes me want to turn it off. I'm sorry but an in-your-face, "don't label me BUT I'M PANSEXUAL" cliche hipster isn't fun to watch. Nobody likes being around them in real life, why would we wanna see them on TV. I truly blame him for the ratings decline.
There needs to be a whole lot of firing going on at MTV & i'm not understanding why it hasn't happened yet.
Love & Hip Hop (the NY season that just ended + Atlanta) is getting a consistent 2 million so any excuses (the biggest one being that people don't watch as much TV) are moot.
And to think less than 5 years ago they were pulling in 8 million with jersey shore...
This is one season where I think the cast is also the blame for ratings. Bunim Murray sucks at casting guys as usual so they are a non-factor plus almost every episode pretty much revolves around Jenna and her beliefs which is getting redundant. Like I know this ain't BGC but they should have just kicked her out so they could have brought it someone new.

Trust me I know people watch live but their only tuning into shows that are really social media popular like LHH/Housewives/and Empire plus many more.
Real World doesn't have a huge social media following and the viewers could care less that it's on Thursday's @ 10PM. It could be the twist or the cast but either way its not getting viewers.
I honestly don't think this season is that bad. They probably could've left the twist alone though....they should've made it difficult enough to where they would've gotten at least 3 replacements. Or, Dahiana & Karimah coming in with Dylan could've made things interesting.

I didn't like Bruno. I want guys who are vocal and opinionated not someone who argues with his girlfriend because she offered to pay for dinner. The only thing I wished is that Shane would have got to put hands on him that day he tried to run up on Tony and Shane jumped up.
Yes, Bruno and Tony did entertain us and basically carried Skeletons in the drama department but that doesn't make them likable or rootable characters.
Jenny/Madison/LaToya/Marie are just some people who were entertaining,likable and had a dynamic about them that kept us watching.
