The way VR was set up from the beginning was solid; they kept changing the rules for no reason & no one (casual or hardcore) could follow it or wanted to bother after all the nonsense. That was BMP's fault and not the viewers. And I know the ratings were still leagues above the garbage now.
Faking It got 248,000? There is not a chance in hell RR would be getting THAT low of a number, especially knowing that the show is tied to RW/The Challenge. But it's moot at this point, MTV will flop regardless.

I think MTV is smart enough to know that it would be pointless to revive a show that flopped twice already during a period of time that MTV was still even relevant,now would even be worse.
The only shows I see them revive now would be shows that left putting good numbers. I can see them trying to bring the Hills/Jersey show/etc back over Road Rules.

Thank god that's not happening either because not only would it be pointless as hell for either show to return but they would have to bring in entirely new castmembers to both shows(or to Jersey Shore at least) in which case it will flop because people would want to see the OG's of each show.
But yeah..I love Road Rules and it was a good show but I don't see it ever returning.
But back to Real World...Excited for this season. Can't wait to see some of the missions they do.

I've seen like 5 commercials for this during catfish.
The freaking show hasn't been promoted as much from watching MTV this week. I'm guessing they think they can promote from social media and have their stars promote for them instead of spending money on a promo.

Vmas is the biggest thing on mtv. Idk why they don't bring rw and the challenge people to the event to introduce an award and promote their show. Didn't they do that back in the day? Mtv has the platform to make their reality stars C listers like Jersey Shore cast but they don't..
