can we talk about lil tay and how she "came back from the dead" WITH RECEIPTS explaining the reason shes been gone for the last 5 years was due to her fathers abuse and racism trying to take control of her career and money? definitely didn't expect all that to have happened to her and i feel bad. hopefully with winning the lawsuit, she can move on and get whatever help she needs from that abuse.

BUT, on the other hand she's still a gen z(?) ICON and you can't convince me otherwise. after spilling all the tea, she gave us a full blown instrumental concert of her playing electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and piano FLAWLESSLY, then dropped the literal song of the summer, Sucker 4 Green. whew

Someone make a rant thread im too lazy. Anyways my rant is that I have TOO MANY SHOWS TO KEEP UP WITH WTF. I never watch tv outside of my same few reality shows.  

Tommorow after work I have to watch:

2 episodes of BBUK - 45 minutes each

The Challenge episode I missed- 1 hour 

Big Brother live eviction - 1 hour

Buddy Games season finale - 1 hour

Love Island Games premiere - 90 minutes

meanwhile I completely tuned out of survivor this season. I also didn't mention the 2 scripted shows I follow and the 2 scripted shows that came out this year that grabbed my attention and are rotting in my watch later tab. How the hell am I supposed to watch all this???

I was wondering if the pop culture thread is about only reality tv and could include movies and music we have seen and liked.

For example, the very first film I ever saw in a theater was The Flintstones in 1994 and I would definitely say that John Goodman had the part of Fred Flintstone very authentic compared to the 1960s cartoon.
