Have they announced this? With premiere date and all?

MTV announced it back in April with an August premiere date but close friends to producers confirmed August 30th. No official press release or photos yet.

You're probably thinking of Siesta Key, that's in Florida. This is New York &  seems like it could be similar but less "classy".

I know it was a show based in the New York/Jersey area I used to watch it, they only went to the beach for one episode I should have clarified that. This was several years ago, maybe early to mid 2000's (I think I used to watch it in HS which would have been 2004-2008).  I wish I could rmemeber more but ever since this show has been announced its been bothering me that I can't remember the one I used to watch. Pretty sure it was one of those shows that only got one season

OH ! I THINK I KNOW NOW. was it Brooklyn 11223?? the accents were hella thick & the drama was there it was petty and funny but it was so short-lived & they definitely went to the beach once or twice!

I've got a strong feeling they're gonna premiere a teaser or trailer during the VMA's on Aug. 20th !

This is going to be a big show for them so i can see them pushing the premiere date back a month or two just to make sure everything is ready to go.

They might have a December or early 2019 premiere date now. At least MTV isn't canceling the show. 

The cast has been Instagramming & snapping themselves in/out of MTV Studios filming confessionals/interviews.

Yeah, alot has gone down, a friend of the cast passed away in April. The girls are beefing like crazy, a really rocky relationship similar to Ronnie & sam form jersey shore is apart of the main story, lots of drama - cant wait. Supposedly its gonna air alongside the new season of Seista Key or The Hills early next year.

How is this anything like Real World?  The format is different they dont lived together and they have known each other before the show.
