I heard that Susie replaced Cara Z on Viewers Revenge not The Ruins. I wonder if that go confused somewhere along the line. Sounds like it was Tonya or Ibis that replaced Cara Z on The Ruins. 

susie has stated multiple times she was an alternate - and that had Cara not dropped out she never would have met Sarah or her husband. Basically cara's choice altered her entire life lol

I wonder how it would have been if people had been on different shows.

Such as, I know Devin brought drama to AYTO, but I think he would have been more prominent on Real World.

And I think Zac would have been a funny to watch had he been in AYTO, funny as in laugh at not with. It would bring out his worst contstantly I think.

Not even a Susie fan....but she was the best part of The Ruins.  Cara would have been the first or 2nd female boot.    Would have been entertaining to have Cara take Tonyas place.  A Susie/Cara & possibly V take over

If I remember correctly, she got separated between Inferno 3 and The Island then it was finalized right before or after The Ruins (trying to recall what V1man said)

That would have been a lot more interesting!  I'm still bitter with that season that JEK ran that game - it was such a dark season because of them.  Having Veronica, Tonya, Susie, Ibis, Katie, and Johanna all together now sounds like a fantasy thread cast.

yeah the CT rumor was always a big one i had heard too, if i had to guess Frank R, Jill, Nehemiah had to have all been at least contacted since they were all fairly newish champs at that point

it's always weird to read back like how Coral was in legit talks for 30 & 32, Tori turned them down for 31, Tonya choosing to not do Gauntlet 2, possibly getting Becky and Cara for sexes 1.  Crazy how they come up with a cast.

I didn't really miss them - sad we got stuck with Bear for so long, he was the worst cast member ever.  But I wonder too if that was production being cheap - a lot of one and dones for bloodlines and a lot of rookies since then. Use them once and just get newbies so they pay less.  Just my theory lol

I have that same mindset. Ride or die's was another season with a good theme but majority of the teams were a stretch. And it didn't help hearing all the reports of actual ride or die's being dropped for the usual production favorites. And 39 had NOONE I cared about and was pretty much the Challenge USA.

It seemed the only actual "ride or dies" from shows were Tori/Devin, V/Darrell, Johnny/Nany and Laurel/Jakk.  

obvious other examples are Kailah/Sam, Amber/Chauncey, and Kaycee/Kenny - way more so than John/Nany

Jay/Michele and Nelson/Nurys are also good friends outside the show
