I was going to write alleged,  and probably should, but quite frankly I believe he's trash, and don't even care if he's falsely slandered at this point. Such a shame who they choose to protect, yet will 'allegedly' watch and condone monstourous behaviour. Not being rude to you at all but can't sand the guy, and lost any faith in MTV

If this alleged incident actually happenned nobody is going to talk about it unless there is a court case or the alleged victim coming forward with her side of the story.

It's too risky for anyone to run such a huge story without actual proof of the girl making the claims or court case. 

Exactly. Do you know how it got out if the alleged victim hasn’t or isn’t planning on speaking up?

It came out because Danni from bgc that is on Leroys episode spill it on a live back in December . She did a live and say that mtv wasnt airing that show because a guy on it was allegadly accused of sexual missconduct. Then Viacom decide to air the show without one a particular episode that was filmed.
