They did a great job with the rookies this time around. It's time to force these tired 10-15-20 season vets to retire by FORCE.

may be a bit too late at this point... There were plenty of seasons beforehand that they cast a bunch of rookies and just brought back 1-2 and never called the rest again

Yeah. This season seems a step up from all the others since Total Madness but I fear it's too late. We had 6 terrible seasons along side several spinoffs with horrific editing, no drama, way too long, no solid rookies, and made difficult to watch, and also going against competing shows. They have done everything wrong. I'm shocked it took this long to crumble.

I honestly don't care. Let it all burn. I'll roast some marshmallows, then move tf on with my life.

key word "me"--you don't like the vets so you pretend they add nothing.   Yet argue for countless boring people (many of which I also like) because you have no actual basis for anything.  For example, many here like Izzy--she hasn't actually done anything other than hookup.   She's partnered with Theo and British so she has a built in alliance from the start.   Sydney (who I like so far) hasn't done anything.   Aviv/Cara did more with the dumb fight over a vote than the rookies so far...that's a low bar.

The rookies could be great--most likely won't do anything.   And anyone that doesn't return you'll complain about that for a decade even if it's someone useless like Ben appears to be.

I literally said a half dozen times I agree all episodes should be able to be streamed--you're not making any sense per usual

39 wasn't all rookies--in fact it had zero people making their debut and they brought in vet throughout the season

I don't believe for a second people truly believe this show works without vets--it goes against the entire concept of it.   PR was correct earlier when she said they need to rotate them in and out better so storylines don't get stale but you need vets.   You just don't always need John CT and Cara for example...or Tori, Jordan and Devin.

We continue to have this argument every season though--see all cable ratings.  Excluding sports and news there's almost no viewers and that will continue to decrease as we all know.   Production has flaws but it keeps getting renewed for a reason

They have to pay 40 people's appearance fee plus tj, a million in prize money, a mansion and to build all the challenges... I guess they are making a profit from somewhere still even with the diminishing ratings. The spoiler and challenge pages are all acting like the ratings are absymal and will get cancelled but well see as they just pushed back allstars and 42 back.

That's literally nothing for nearly 30 hours of content (20 episdoes/90 minutues per)--it's not Ridiculousness cheap obviously but it's cheap.  The probably pay more for the rights to air reruns of The Big Bang Theory

The biggest issues IMO are--not replaying the episodes on different days throughout the week (throw it on a weekend and the Tuesday prior), casting the same vets over and over again, poor promotion and not having the episodes to stream somewhere (even if that's on their website) 

But the ratings are still good for what it is.   Wasn't it said it's their second most watched show while going up against Big Brother/Survivor?
