Behind the Screen: The Challenge: Vets and New Threats- Justin Hinsley

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

He's showing why "gym rats" don't win The Challenge. Slimmer body tipes like him, Jordan, Emanuel or Logan are always going to be bigger threats than muscle freaks like Cory or Fessy. They just need to survive the headbangers.

Aneesa is a floater and stands for nothing so I'm not surprised she probably turned on Justin later. Keep whacking that hag!

killakashhh#35

Justin also caught aneesa shower peeping oh my god

Alexandra#36

He commented on her post last week, that he loves her.

Has completely vanished from the edit. Almost like he and Rogan both lost.

Not like he won a challenge after and is currently the fourth person with the most confessionals this season or anything.

That's cute but he's brought basically nothing since after the premiere. Like he's fun and should get another season but he strikes me as a "two and done" Luke Wolfe type.

PinkRose#45

I can actually see him winning one

I can actually see him winning one

He's athletic enough. But does he have the story to come back 3-4 times to luck into it? I don't see it.

killakashhh#47

He's kind of a mini Jordan. Same mullet and random tattoos

Did Derek, Ryan, Steve or Leroy had the stories to become regulars? He will be back more than 2-3 times production loves him

I guess so. But he's also undersized and very vulnerable in a headbanger/size elimination. If he makes it deep enough to make a final without a minimum of 3 elimination wins, I'l be shocked.

He is a social butterfly easily can play double agent

CosmicDiva#51

I agree with PinkFemaleAnatomy. I can see Justin winning.

Justin will be a regular because he feels a niche spot. They've struggled to find a gay regular and especially one that can compete. As we've seen with Nam & Kasey, once they've filled a minority spot, they'll reuse it no matter how good or bad the casting because they are too lazy to find more.

killakashhh#53

S40 casting was such a joke lol

Hauserman#54

Loving him tremendously today

Flopnanas#55

I hope he's a TOP

killakashhh#56

Him and Cedric would be such a cute couple, no? Wink

Serious question: do they (mtv/paramount) even care about diversity casting anymore, given everything going on with politics and tv nowadays?

We probably won't know until AS6/42 air.

The BB cast, from first glance, looked whiter than normal. All of them aren't, but the diversity wasn't as balant as the past few seasons, which was an indicator to me of what's to come.

GoldenRing#60

But, production counts Jay and Moriah as diversity so lol

They shouldn't.  They should put together the best cast.  For the women that might be 90% POC.   I won't be complaining about the lack of white women if we get Coral Irulan Roni etc.
