The Challenge: Total Chaos - Dee Nguyen controversy

Well one good thing from this is Marie finally realized what trash Jemmye is, we love to see it.

Sad how she let her one win get to her head. She had potential to do good things on this show but I can't support someone who's acting like how she is right now. It's really gross and tasteless. I hope production helps her out and makes the decision to not call her for future seasons for a bit. 

Hopefully she use this to grow, educate herself and learn from her mistakes. Instead of making excuses or worse case scenario harming herself. She clearly has been struggling with her mental health, handling this show and fan reactions to her for a while as we have seen on social media since she came back from filming Total Madness. From this cast she is the only one that has been acting this way every day, everyone else seem to have left the show drama on the past and are living their real lives except for when they have to live tweet during episodes.

She needs to take a break from all of this and do some self growth. I hope if she needs help she looks for it and learn to deal with all of her "demons".

cara's done some childish things because of this show but i don't think its fair to group her in with dee and camila, cara hasn't been 'problematic' in the sense of saying something flat out bigoted/ignorant like the other two

MTV and BMP have to do a better job looking out for their mental health & protecting them. Especially with how social media works these days. They need to do like a 2 or 3 challenge max back-to-back especially for the younger players.

My understanding is that many in the entertainment industry were engaging in a social media black out in solidarity with BLM movement. That fan confronted her for promoting her OF page and that in their opinion, she wasn't doing enough/posting something inappropriate in the context of that day's social media blackout. Dee then aggressively replied to that fan with something ignorant. After some back and forth with the fan, Bay confronted Dee over her ignorant responses, and then the shit show started.

Marie tried to imply that Wes was lying. Jemmye is woman enough to apologize to Wes. Marie is not.

Lmao at this ending in Jem & Marie fighting. Also MTV should definitely have Dee take a season off to get her mental health together. Her apology was 100% fake. Definitely a statement more to stay on MTV rather than toward Swayleigh.

I was referring more to them losing touch with reality vs reality television than being problematic. Cara clearly has had a lot of mental struggles especially in separating her reality tv life and actual life. All 3 show signs that the show is not healthy for them, Dee is just showing it a lot sooner.

yeah you're right about that, it seems like everyone has a sort of 'breaking point' that they eventually reach after many consecutive seasons, and production don't give a **** so it's really up to them to self evaluate and know when it's time to take a break.

Yikes.  Kinda sounds like there are some suicidal ideation going on and they are bringing in someone to do an assessment.

LMAO MTV is ******* trash and vile. They bring these kind of people on the show for a reason to exploit their mental health issues. Which is why I was done with this trash *** network and show long ago. 

Dee's behavior is disgusting though. Better to just keep your mouth shut but instead she's getting the dragging she deserves.

Ugh. I loved Dee on WOTW1 and WOTW2 and it's so sad to see how quickly she went downhill. She's grown enough to know not to say that shit, so I'm glad she was held accountable for that and good on Bayleigh/Swaggy for what they said to her. In regards to her mental health, I hope she gets help and people stay by her. She's isolated from her family in Australia, cannot go back due to COVID, and on top of that she's on TV and people are giving her mass hate. She needs people in the USA that will be able to at least be there for her .. I don't know. It's sad to watch how quickly she went downhill.
