Ashley has been a heavy drinker on every season we've seen her on. It's not a stretch at all. Makes more sense than loading herself up with filler.

They are all heavy drinkers when they go on here...and no it doesn't make sense that the puffiness would be from alcohol than fillers considering all these girls botch their face and Ashley has had work done. Go back to obsessing with a USA3 returning and stop making serious allegations against someone without proof.

But let's be clear, other than Tony and Camila, there isn't a more famous drunk personality on the show in the last 10 years than Ashley. We know the girl's never turned down a party. Puffy face in the late 30's is a well known side effect of the party lifestyle.

Ashley looks fine...she gained 10-15 pounds.  Happens in life and she'll probably drop it quickly if she wants to.

Weight gain doesn't make your cheeks look like you're having an allergic reaction. She got fillers or botox in her face. That doesn't mean she's ugly and not a great challenger, but be for real
