No, last never got to pick their opponent. Why would last get power? On the Duel and Duel 2 the last person picked got to pick their opponent which would also work

I'm okay with people not seeing an elimination. If CT, Cory, Nelson, Ashley, Kaycee, Amanda, Josh, etc play this season so well they don't go in then they earned it.
