It's surprising because Danny and Sarah are close with Justine so I doubt they would be on board with that plan. Maybe all of the "underdog" teams like Yes/Emily, Kellyanne/Tristan, Ben/Kaycee, Jodi/Benja, Darrell/Kiki controlled this one

Danny and Sarah might hate Johnny so much that they so vote them in.

The "underdogs" of Tristan/KellyAnne, Jodi/Benja, Darrell/Kiki, and  Amber/Troy really could've taken control of the game but instead they are eliminated one after another for the rest of the season :( My guess is one of them gets last and then they don't have the numbers over the USA alliance

Yeah it's so tragic... my guess is that next episode one of them gets last and then they don't have the numbers in deliberation. So then they lose Jodi/Benja and lower their numbers even more
