Behind the Screen: The Challenge: Double Agents- Lionel "Lio Rush" Green

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I though it was a substance abuse issue

He does have substance abuse issues in his past, I think that is one of the reasons among others he left the house.  Worrying about his family in COVID and everyone drinking and partying was triggering or at least I think that was rumored if not confirmed.

He could've and should've been at least considered for battle for a new champion.

i enjoyed him, but he quit because this environment wasn't good for his mental health. i don't see them even calling him again

FromTheNorth#45

He'd have been better in a more relaxed environment like Champs Vs. stars, but they'll probably never do something like that again so he's done

TheKonquerer#46

Don't y'all think we know he's done ? Lmaoo we're just expressing we would've liked to see him again.

Aht Aht! you know theres no room for showing interest in black men on this show in general.

GoldenRing#48

He was really refreshing actually.

People gave the DA rookies flack but Lio is apart of the few I thought had genuine potential. You need likeable people.

Tvandcoffee#49

I liked him too
