Kaycee has been on (if you count Episode 0's) 85 episodes of The Challenge. Other than Bayleigh, Nany, hurting her knee, and winning, Kaycee doesn't have a single storyline in 85 episodes.

Averey is clearly not getting 85 episodes, she needs to earn her spot this time or it's over. She's only more "memorable" because she's been on the show 4x as many times.

She could conceivably beat Laurel, Cara, Tori, Kaycee, Jonna, etc. in a final. Maybe it would take a partner season, but it's in the realm of possibilty. Katie is not. Aneesa is not. Nia is not. Amanda is struggling to get past weeks one and two recently.
