He could be bi or maybe that was just all for show, but the way he acts is just so gay to me, and then the fact that he is still single only makes me think more so.

I mean he hooked up with them off the show and wasn't even on the show when Tonya was discussed.  Hasn't he been married twice?  At least once right?  Anything is possible but I think it's just the persona he uses for the show that makes you think that. He's not Josh pretending to love every girl he sees lol

He mentioned having a girlfriend last year. TBH Mark comes off kinda conceited so imagine he is not the most fun boyfriend. I dont think he is Bi.
