People don't understand/appreciate the value that characters like Teck and Darrell play in the show. It's part of the reason the trash version is so bad. It's missing the humor, fun, and good energy. They try with Kyle and Devin but the lack the charisma and naturalness.

You're 100% right,  oldschooler.  Teck & Darrell are gems  & true old school representation,  I  would just like to see new familiar faces that could also bring what they bring to the table.  Darrell  has not provided enough to see him 3 times in the last year.

Darrell provided exactly what was needed on All-Stars 1. He probably did the same for DA but wasn't utilized because MTV is in this weird angsty teenage phase where they think being miserable is cool.

Oh god Kyle just reads bad jokes from a teleprompter. I can't stand him. He doesn't compare at all to the brilliance that is Teck. I agree with you. Devin's act is also getting old. The trash show just has no direction anymore.

I know this is Teck's thread but this is exactly how I feel about Darrell. He's pretty much the total package. A natural. Also, his funniness is underrated.

I've always loved Teck. He's never had angry black man syndrome. Like he said in Hawaii he just makes everyone around him black and wanna have fun. He is a huge reason why Hawaii was such an amazing season. He just didn't give a F.
