Wes trains them how to act and what to say. However he picks the worst protégés because all three have been atrocious.

I feel like he watched seasons and took notes on what he could do to be ask back since it worked with others. He has been doing the most since season 1 and I don't think it looks genuine because his personality is nothing like he is trying to make it for tv same issue with Derrick. His notes probably looks like this:  

- Hook up- Went really far by touching Jemmye of all people like you know you are desperate and have hit bottom when you do that with that gremlin.

- Rivalry- Fake an over the top rivalry with Derrick the cheap version of the ones we have seen throughout the year. Both need better acting classes.

- Alliance- Formed an alliance and stay mentioning the name of it in every confessional like stop making fetch happen it's not going to happen.

- Imitate Wes act like he is the master mind but end up looking like a Devin

He is acting. However, since Derrick left, he is not annoying me as much as he is most people. I might ride with the Kings even. I have a Teck bias, after all and I like Laeterrian.

He annoyed me 10x more than a Derrick did. Unlike everyone else, I think Derrick is an excited person in general. I've seen how he acts with his son at sports and what not, he's always happy and a little loud. Nehemiah annoys the shit out of me, something about the way he talks as if everything is a secret world agent spy deal. Weirdo.
