I don't care about their age or looks - make them have personality and be authentic and I'm open to them.  (Aka no people like Fessy, Josh, Bear, Rogan, etc). Also Turbo can stay home forever too. 

Looks matter. I don't wanna see uglies.

Tried to keep it halfway realistic/halfway fantasy.

There's simply no scenario where this cast doesn't absolutely MURDER it for 17-19 straight episodes. Just give them a decent format and let them FLYYYYYY.
