Hello houseguest, and welcome to your final Head of Household competition!

This is Part 1. The winner of this competition will move onto Part 3 Wednesday night. The losers will have one more chance to compete for a spot at Part 3 in Part 2. All 3 of you will be competing in Part 1. 

This competition is called......

ALL OR NOTHING

and here's how it works...... 

I'm sure you guys already know what to expect here if you have kept up with the show over the years. For this part of the HOH you will be competing in another endurance comp and here is how this will work. This is our hardest competition thus far! Best for last!
To start you guys will be posting "(your name) hanging out" every 10 minutes for the next hour. If you miss the minute mark you will obviously be removed from the competition. If the competition is still going after the first hour I will stop the mission and we will move to posting "(your name) hanging on" every 5 minutes. If you guys are still hanging on after this point I will stop the competition again and we will move to 1 minute intervals for the remainder of the competition. The last person hanging will be the winner of the first part of the final hoh and will automatically go on to compete in the 3rd and final part of the hoh competition.

Everyone understand? We will start at 10pm EST with hour one!
