Not exactly. Most siblings aren't close or even put each other on their social media. Look at Briah and Bruno before Skeletons.

Possibly. Then again the Clermont Twins didn't go out the first night. I personally see them doing 5 sets of siblings or 4 sets of siblings with a group of triplets.

I wonder what happens if one sister decides she wants to go home but the other one doesn't...

if that does happen it will be amazing, imagine they remove two girls and and leave their sisters in the house and the replacements are another pair of sisters
