Behind the Screen: Twilight Humor

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I will not deny that I'm a total Whedon geek. But being a geek is way different! This girl is on another dimension! She has ISSUES, man!

You see what you've done to us? That's a direct quote from Stacee earlier today. :(

An interesting article by a fan who doesn't hold back the punches when talking about one of the worst cinematic transformations ever from book to movie. Twilight the Movie: An Ultimate Fail
I just read the article. Even though I'm a fan (of the books) I agreed with this review. I was very disappointed with the movie. And who knows how New Moon will be. It's a different director. Apparently the budget is bigger so maybe they can improve on those special effects.

Nope, not me...I am not sad. I don't really care, I know what I like and I am not going to change just beacuse there are people here trying to make me feel like less than a grown woman for reading/watching. I enjoyed the movie as well as the books, sure, I know both are cheesy and tweenie but I don't really give a damn...I have enough serious boring stuff going on in real life so why would I want to read about other (just as madeup) people's woes and problemswhen I could read something that would brighten my day a bit and make me smile? At the end of the day, it is what it is...and I still like it :P

I moved it to your thread. This is the Twilight Sucks thread.

I didn't say a word. I just offered a link to a differing point of view

Seriously B, nice try but you know damn well what you were insinuating. Its cool though...if you think I am an idiot then I really must be since you are the all knowing God of Wine.
OtherPplsDrama#73
Stacee, I don't think you are Insider or ANYONE else that reads those books is an idiot....really. My best friends reads them too and I give her a hard time. But I also know when to stop ;)

No no, it's cool I have come to terms with my new title and I will wear it proudly :)...pretty much have no choice unless I want to be blocked for something like enjoying a teen book series. I wonder B, does the same title apply to Harry Potter fans that are adults since they are technically Childrens books??

I saw the preview too. Hopefully with all the money the film reaped they can get Robert a few acting classes before the sequel. I know he is a vampire (thus dead) but I don't think his dialog is supposed to come off that way as well... BTW: Is Kristen Stewart a vampire or does she just need some iron in her diet?

I believe it's the latter of the two. The sun doesn't shine often in Forks. DUH.

Majority would say that same about Kristen Stewart over Rob...

So did Kristen officially bail from any of the sequels or no?

No, she is in for the long haul...I rebuffed the quotes B posted by her but he moved it to my thread. They were all taken out of context...

Kristen Stewart HATES twilight, but is backpedaling now because the studio is putting pressure on her to show them some respect or they will hurt her financially....
