Dellacqua/Barty over Errani/Vinci. (though in this one I'll be happy with either) Ebden/Gajdasova, then Bryan/Mirza.

Not a Serena fan but even I'd like to see her have a good run at the US Open. Not win but an appearance in the semis or finals would be nice.

Fair enough...at the very least it would be nice to see the world number 1 make it far in the most important tourneys of the year. So do you root for anyone in particular?

I really liked Venus but obviously she's not the same player she used to me. I was a big fan of Kim Clijsters. Li Na is someone I actively root for. I had high hopes for Sloane Stephens but she's slipped a bit recently--plenty of time to fix that. Simona Halep has impressed me recently. The women's side is better IMO. The men's side is pretty much 4 guys and everyone else.

Genie bouchard for me <3 ... and thats the extent of tennis for me ahah.

Yes I love Venus still! Don't expect her to win another grand slam title, but love her fight. She is inspirational. I enjoy Li Na and Halep too. Just wish Na was a little more consistent! I love Madison Keys' raw power!!!! Yes the men is pretty set, but I feel recently (and slowly) the young guns are starting to make some noise. I like seeing some upsets on the men's side.

Ahhhhhh unfortunately I am not a huge fan. I don't know what it is about her, I just don't like the vibe I get. But very solid and impressive game. I do love Vasek though :love_heart: he is such a sweetheart.
