Farrrah needs to own up to her responsibilties but in a way I feel for her since she is still young but stilll that is not an excuse. I still wish her well.

Farrah also has a twitter, but there is two of them so I'm not sure which one is her. I could have sworn Ebony was supposed to be on teen moms? Wasn't there a preview when they started to show previews way back when (on the labor day marathon) and Ebony said "I hate mother in laws" or something. I could be imagining things. Isn't it crazy how Amber and Gary used to be a favorite on everyone's on their original episode and now people are saying that Leah should be taken away from them. I still love Maci. All of those babies are beautiful.

Ebony and her boyfriend/husband to me seemed like they were the most together with their kid, so that I think is why they excluded her from the spin off.

I think Amber needs anger management classes or something. I understand her frustration with Gary cuz he is lazy but so is she. She shouldn't lash out like that to him infront of her baby. I thought it was a good idea for Farrah to get on birth control- I mean it still shows what her priority at the moment is (BOYS!) but atleast she wouldnt have to worry about becoming pregnant again. I think Maci is doing a GREAT job and I honestly don't think Ryan will ever change, I dont think it will work out. When they were talking about getting back together he kept saying they both should change, I dont think Maci needs to change and it would have been nice for him to say what he was going to change to make the relationship work. I dont think he thinks what he was doing was wrong and was just saying that to get Maci back.

also, is Michael Farrah's step-dad? She keeps calling him Michael but refers to him as her dad.

From what I understand, he is technically her step-father.

We're only seeing bits and pieces of amber and gary. considering the pressure she's under, amber is doing a good job. but it is not good for the baby to see them bickering so much. I think if Farrah's parents threaten to go to court to get custody of Sophia, Farrah may snap back to reality. But, again, seeing bits and pieces of these peoples lives (and some of it is stage. Like Farrah's dad finding the birth control, for example). So it's hard to determine how much of this is authentic.

What do you mean "most together"? Not really, Josh was immature and a lot of other things I won't say. Just because they got married, doesn't mean they were the most together. The people that were actually "most together" on their original episode, were actually Amber and Gary. Ryan looked like he wanted nothing to do with Maci and Bentley, and just did everything out of practice, Farrah's baby father's died ( and for some reason MTV wants to make it look like he is a controlling dead beat father), and Weston was a good father but Whitney was extremely babyish. Amber and Gary were the most together during their original episode, not sure what happened....

Even after the baby, from what they showed on 16 and pregnant, they were fine.

They of all the seasons didn't have turmoil she was satisfied to an extent at were her life was and he was off to the army during the upcoming year. Unlike most of the other families by him signing that contract their lives were setup in which change wouldn't be constant as for those 4 years he will be in the army.

Satisfied? Her episode was the most depressing, did you see her face when she couldn't join the air force like she wanted to and Josh didn't have his **** together. She also didn't graduate with her class like she wanted to. I don't get that she was satisfied at all.

I thought after that crazy preview for tonight's episode ("I want to have more of a social life?" Really, Farrah?), the show could be setting Farrah up for a redemption arch or something - maybe even just a moment of Farrah realizing she needs to do more (and then going back to her normal routine after a while). However, she still doesn't seem to get it. Her mother even tried to have a little heart to heart talk with her and she didn't seem to want to change anything. Her stepfather said something about her going out every night. I could allow for thinking that he might be exaggerating a bit, but I think it indicates that she is going very frequently, which I wondered about a little while trying to give Farrah the benefit of the doubt for a moment earlier. I think it's a shame Gary is giving up his apartment to Amber while he stays at his mother's place. I really hope Amber didn't make him stay away for too long. I think I felt bad for him when he was begging for Amber to come back home (and to him), so I was wanting her to go back to him, but really, she treats him horribly, so perhaps it's for the best that they are apart for a while. I do believe Amber is depressed, and I feel bad for her for that. I did feel for her when she was crying. Though I think she is being on the illogical side about what or how much she thinks Gary should be doing (when he is the only one with a full time job to pay the bills), I do believe she is unhappy overall with her decisions in life. So that's why I felt bad for her. And when you feel that sad, it's hard sometimes to have hope. I really hope she gets help (besides medicine since she already has that) so that she can cope with life better and find something constructive to do to make her happy. I can't condone her violent attack on Gary a couple of episodes ago, though. That was scary and I felt awful for him. I can't believe Ryan didn't go tend to Bentley. I thought while he was upset with Maci, he was going to check up on him. I heard Bentley call him (so sad with him leaving), and I thought he was there for him, but he went out the door. I am glad he did go to the counseling with Maci. Ryan just seems to be "there" overall from what we are seeing of him. I'd like to know what really makes him happy and exciting. What would he like for him and Maci to be, if he really wants them together at all? What does he think the ideal father should do? Will he be more interested when Bentley is older? I am glad Catelynn had a support group to go to. It is still so weird to me that their parents married each other while their kids were dating.

RW, I couldn't have said what you said better, you took the words right out of my mouth. Its like we are the same person. Honestly, Ryan and Farrah sicken me. I felt so sad when Bentley screamed "da da" and Ryan just walked away. Maci should of been done with him right there. Maci is a great mom, but she needs higher self esteem. Ryan is going to continue to walk all over her unless she is firm with him. No words for Farrah. I'm not going to get worked up over an edited TV show, don't want to sound like the posters around here who wish death on Evan and Kenny. I like Gary. Amber is not worth talking about either.

I can't comment too much yet because I fell asleep halfway through the episode, but what I did see: I'm glad Catelynn found a support group. I hope she met some good girls there that she can continue to keep in touch with when she needs someone to talk to (besides Tyler). Farrah...LMAO @ that guy who's apartment she went to being like "so you got your baby at home and you don't care when you go home tonight?" She so didn't get it, but it was great that after that he was uh, too busy to hang out. And then for her to say "Will I ever find a guy that's ok with me having a baby?" Honey, I'm pretty sure he was okay with the baby (he looked old enough to have a few of his own but that's beside the point), it was your attitude that sucked and probably turned him off. The Maci love continues, I just wish she could get rid of Ryan for good. I know she wants Bentley to have a "real" family, and a father figure. But it doesn't seem that Ryan is that guy. My heart breaks for her but she really would be better off without him. She's a smart girl and she can make it without him.

ITA! My neighbor got pregnant really young and she ended up getting married to the baby's father pretty soon after she gave birth. She wanted that "normal" family unit too and thought it had to be with the biological father. Unfortunately, things didn't work out between them, he was a lot like Ryan, and they got divorced. Happily a few years later she found a great guy that stepped up and was a great father to her baby. Now she does have that family unit she wanted. Just because someone shares the same DNA as you doesn't mean they have to or will be the best parent and partner. Hopefully Maci will realize that if Ryan doesn't step up as a dad she will be better off without him.

That's for sure, but I don't think it's because of Sophia's father. She wanted nothing to do with him to begin with. On her original episode, she didn't even want him to find out she was pregnant, she never told him, he found out from other people.
