Behind the Screen: Survivor: Cagayan - Odd One Out

Since its debut in 2000, Survivor has defined the reality competition genre with its mix of physical endurance, social strategy, and raw human drama. Jeff Probst's iconic tribal councils remain appointment television.

With the new era of shorter seasons and evolving twists, Survivor continues to reinvent itself while maintaining the core survival elements that have kept fans engaged across 50 seasons and counting.

Lol no way in hell they were going to drag Cliff...

No way was Aparri winning that challenge--still good effort by them all...

that has to be one of the most one-sided tribe switch-ups i've ever seen... why survivor... come up with something better! Like girls draw 2 colors, guys draw another 2 colors... then pair the colors to make 2 tribes with an even m/f ratio

I mean Sarah put in a great effort. Also Trish definitely has a thing for LJ
Challenge 17#6
Wow how did Aparri win that
Fresh Meat#7
Great episode thus far. This tribe swap came in at the perfect time IMO.

You will be surprised then.

Oh my god never mind I can't believe that happened

Glad LJ sticks around. Usually things don't pick up until the merge, but this has been a pretty great pre-merge season.

I can't believe LJ didn't play the idol. There must have been a conversation between he and Tony that we did not see.

The look on Lindsey's face was absolutely priceless.

Lindsey and Trish get into to it next episode can't wait for it. I was not expecting Toni to flip, I'm rooting for the underdogs Tribe.

You mean Malnutrisha lol. When Lindsay said that I couldn't stop laughing.

Tony is playing way too hard early. Jeremiah is not a leader and was in the best position to win this game. Sarah is done if the Aparri tribe goes to two tribal councils. No way will the Brains tribe take her to the merge if they have to vote off two people. I can only see her or Jeremiah going home next.

I'm glad they got rid of cliff cause now the other tribe has a better chance at the physical challenges. However Cliff is surprisingly not all that, the 2 skinny white guys almost got him off the pole or Spencer and Jeremiah are more athletic than they look (Spencer and Jeremiah are really starting to impress me, but Im still waiting for Spencer's villianess to come out, so far Im still rooting for him). And that challenge was so unfair, the women were basically getting manhandled by that guy, I was wondering why the other team kept putting girls on the pole then I realized there wasnt an even number of guys/girls so I guess production couldnt do anything about that since the draw was at random, but gees one tribe only has 2 little guys while the other looked stacked

I don't want that to happen but I guess the brains do need Alexis or Morgan to have the Numbers, I like Sarah don't want her to go home. LJ missed the bullet by not being voted off. I wonder what made Toni vote off against cliff. I agree on the tribes being uneven just like last season when there were 4 females and one male on the tribe (Vytas)
