Behind the Screen: Survivor: Cagayan - It's Do or Die

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

Oh please if the winner always deserved to win then Natalie & Sandra wouldn't have won

Fantastic season. The winner could have been better, but Tony did deserve it, I won't deny him that. I would, however, have interrupted Spencer's jury speech and told him to shut the **** up. I hate when jury members try to sway the other votes, let everyone make their own decision. If they're blind to reality, that's their issue not yours.

they won because the jury was bitter. Tony deserved to win a hundred times over woo. Woo is dumb.

Without Spenser's stupid speech Woo probably would have won for the same reasons

so? Nobody wanted to see woo win when he didnt do nothing to deserve it. Woo would have been the worst winner.

No no where close he'd never be worse then Sandra whose never won a single individual immunity, and Natalie who did nothing besides ride Russel's cost tails to the end

That's debatable. But it is also your opinion. In my opinion, Cochroach was the worst winner.

so tell me what did woo do besides win immunity twice? Woo lost because of his own stupidity, he chose to take tony so he deserved to lose after making such a stupid move.

He got really lucky Erik got evacuated because if he didn't then he probably would have won. But really he faced Dawn and Sherri there was no chance he'd lose lol

Do people really expect integrity when it comes to winning on Survivor?

Woo should have took Kass but he put his morals ahead of the game, I respect him for doing that because I sure as hell wouldn't have

Had Woo had made several power moves beforehand it would have been a much more respectable action, but because he played a subpar game it ended up being a dumb move that completely backfired.

if it was anyone but Spencer, I am glad it was Tony that took home the win. He was a no holds barred, no mercy, do whatever it takes to get to the end kinda guy... love to hate him, I respect him and the game he played. It wouldn't be how I'd play personally, but thats just it.. it worked for him and it worked well. It's a game... how many times does one have to learn to leave your damn feelings at the door! Still wish it was Spencer sitting in that winners chair, but Tony played one hell of an impressive game... and NO ONE can deny that.

Great winner to a great season. I think Tony could have done much better at FTC, but he was against Woo who isn't the best at speaking. I don't think he was the best player or anything, but still a very deserving winner.

Jtia should never be back

Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing most of this cast return. Great group. I thought they would at least touch on Trish/Lindsey slightly or if Kass was really as disliked.

Right! His student would have understood when he came home with a million dollars lol

I haven't posted anything about this season, so this is pretty late but... My God, what a fantastic season. The casting was excellent and every single person delivered something. As for the finale, I love and respect Woo and feel bad for him but Tony earned that win. And it's crazy that the one second that kept Kass from winning that final immunity actually stopped Woo from winning the game. That kind of unpredictability is what made this season so unbelievable. I really hope the casting on San Juan del Sur can match up to Cagayan's. They struck gold with this group.
