Behind the Screen: Survivor: Cagayan - Bag of Tricks

Since its debut in 2000, Survivor has defined the reality competition genre with its mix of physical endurance, social strategy, and raw human drama. Jeff Probst's iconic tribal councils remain appointment television.

With the new era of shorter seasons and evolving twists, Survivor continues to reinvent itself while maintaining the core survival elements that have kept fans engaged across 50 seasons and counting.

I don't know if Tony is playing too hard, or if everyone else isn't playing hard enough. He is the most fun Survivor in a long time though...

I was worried for a minute or two that Tony and Woo weren't going to flip, but I'm so glad they did. Hopefully Kass goes next episode...

The editing has been great this season. Does this season hold the record for most blindsides? Just a great season. Tony is a more light-hearted version of Russell Hantz to me. It'll be interesting to see LJ's Ponderosa vid just to get a glimpse if Tony is hated or if they'll just chalk it up to good gameplay.

I am so happy with tonight's results! I've said this before but this so far has been one of my favorite seasons. I hope this season proves that you don't need returning players to ensure good ratings.
