I was pulling for JP from Survivor, but they were gunning for him early and my second favorite (#7) lost in the final "treatment."
I'd tune into a third edition if they have one. The "computer" Val is hilarious and she alone makes it worth watching.
I can't believe I am getting sucked into has been (or never were) reruns on Fox Reality. I guess it somewhat underscores the diminished value of the current nightly television line-up.

The worst part is that everyone else could have quit, but in your mind you don't think they have so you keep suffering for hours. That is just sick! I think they had the best "spin" on a food competition after starving the contestants for days. Progressive additive blending of each persons favorite food into smoothies. Talk about stomach turning. Bananas, chicken burrito, tripe and sushi together (and more...) Ummm....no thanks....lol. I watched Solitary when it came out last summer, and I also got sucked in. It was just sooo different and I can't imagine doing some of those tests w/ no idea how anyone else is doing. I didn't know it was back, then again, I kind of forget about Fox Reality Channel.

The controversial hit reality competition pushes the boundaries with new twists and turns guaranteed to test the contestants’ endurance to the brink of psychological and physical collapse. “Solitary v3.0” brings a huge, new twist, as blindfolded subjects are shocked to find that they will initially be sharing their small pod with another contestant. Will they be friend or foe? Subjects will only be reassigned to their own pods once a grueling challenge has been completed and they have earned the right to be there. As with the first two seasons, the premise of “Solitary v3.0” is simple: the last person to leave their “pod” –small, barren and completely isolated – wins bragging rights and $50,000. Along with performing grueling activities presented by their omnipresent digital taskmaster, Val, contestants also known as “subjects” have their names replaced by numbers.
