Behind the Screen: The Reality TV Bash 2010

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I love how Saaphyri was awarded the "Get Out Of Jail Free Card" award...

I'm sorry, but that part with Puck's son is just wrong...

I agree. His son shouldn't have even been there in the first place, what with the venue being a club and almost everyone having alcohol. I wish they had shown the whole event - this looked far more entertaining than the Fox Reality awards show.

That was pretty much everything except for the partying that surrounded the very few minutes of Mark giving out awards. There are lots of pictures from that night that are available online. BTW, almost all of us who were there were very uncomfortable with Puck's son's presence.

I really hope kids his age don't utter such words as Pucks' son. And I know I'm most likely wrong.

I forgot how gross Puck was.

I kinda figured that. I personally see nothing wrong with letting him stay home with the mother whose name escapes me right now.

I covered The Reality Bash 2010 red carpet and have a YouTube video that you might find interesting as well. I ran out of battery on my flip cam or I would've gotten a few others like Trishelle, Johnny, Kenny, etc. Oh well, next time. YouTube - Reality Bash 2010 red carpet interviews Interviews with Mark Long (host and organizer for the Reality Bash), Chet Cannon (RW Brooklyn), Ruthie Alcaide (RW Hawaii), Will Gilbert (RW Hollywood) and Nehemiah Clark (RW Austin), and Saaphyri Windsor (Flavor of Love 2, Charm School- Winner, I Love Money 2).
