Behind the Screen: The Real World: St. Thomas - Paradise Found

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

Why doesn't MTV put this episode on the Interweb!? Why is that Ginger beating himself up in the previews? WHY IS THIS SHOW STILL ON!? So many questions in this life of mine.

I'm watching the episode online now. I just got to the part where LaToya gets the complimentary rum and says "that was dis-GUST-ting". Smh rum is not disgusting and I want to know where the complimentary rum is at.

MTV does a horrible job at promoting this, but the reason shows go away from MTV.com sometimes is because they have a deal with some cable providers as part of TV Anywhere. If you go to MTV | Home ( mtv dot com slash tve ) and login with a Fios, Comcast, or Suddenlink account, you'll be able to access shows that are temporarily off MTV.com's main site. Why they don't tell people this on the main site, I don't know. Same applies for other Viacom channels like Comedy Central which has a similar URL Or if you want to buy it, check out Amazon Instant Video and iTunes.

The easier Viacom makes it for directv customers to view what they are missing online, the less pressure directtv customers will be putting on their provider. Making it harder for directv customers increases the chances that they will be raising cain and/or switching providers, which puts Viacom in a stronger negotiating position. since so many providers operate like monopolies, content providers must treat their content as such if they want to compete well.

All true, but does not apply to the TVE URL, which has been poorly promoted for years.
