Behind the Screen: Real World Janelle Casanave and William Gilbert

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

Real World Janelle Casanave and William Gilbert

Bacchus ·

I was looking at Janelle's Facebook page today and it looks like she is back to being single. If you remember not that long ago she was going out with Will from The Real World Hollywood. From the status updates, it look like it has been a rollercoaster ride.

Actually, that mini feed is hilarious!

Most hilarious is that they always seem to make up right after midnight

Wow, great observation! What in the world could be happening that late at night that would change things? *wink* *wink*

Actually, it just changed back to "In a relationship" which could mean a number of things.

I don't think this blog is the reason for the recent status change. I just have a feeling that they are just in a rocky relationship that requires weekly updates. ;)

kinda like Ashli and Dunbar's "relationship" fight during the day and make up after some alcohol at bedtime.

Hey everyone, i was looking at Parisa's facebook, and it says "its complicated with William Gilbert (Michigan State University)...... Isnt that who Janelle was dating???? or is this another William Gilbert
Katiedid#14
Whaaaaat???? That is crazy if it's the same one! And if so, I would looooove to see Janelle, William, and Parisa on a challenge together! LOL!

Very good catch. I am going to wait until all the facts are in (William Randolph Hearst just turned over in his grave.) Give me 24 hours to research this story.

I look, I stare, but I just cannot figure out what women find so attractive about William. Must be something that doesn't come across over tv.

I agree with you. While watching a previous episode of TRW, I recall thinking that many women might prefer seeing Will wear Ed Hardy on the runway over Greg.

I find Will very attractive....he's got a great smile, nice eyes, and there's just somthing about that floppy hair..... :)

Will is cute, but he has no game at all. When he's not trying he's uber attractive, and that rarely ever happens. He's always trying and he's always ON. I do love how Greg was trying to holler at Janelle, and she just ignored him. He kept yelling at her, "what's your number."

Like a girl-crush?
LocaCola#30
Actually, you would say 'no ****' if you are a straight guy complimenting another straight guy. Like, "That jacket is real nice, no ****.". It's popular among the ****phobic straight guy crowd. A girl crush describes it pretty well, except when girls say it it's a joke, and when guys say it they are usually serious. I think Cam'ron invented that phrase. lol

I've drawn the line. It will not become part of my vocabulary; but, apparenly it won't be necessary since I'm not ****phobic. I feel pefectly comfortable working out at Venice Beach not too far from the 40 yr old gay guy in bright yellow spandex.
