Real World Hollywood: Season Premiere (Episode 1)

So i watched it on mtv.com......but the last segment (the 7th one) WOULDNT PLAY it kept going back to 1. I dvr'ed the episode...but still, i wanted to watch it at work!!! there was more to the episode after Joey tells Sarah and someone else that he'll knock Greg out...yada yada right? Anyways......GREG. what a ***** *********. Obnoxious, egotistical, *****. If i had to live with a dude like that...i'd kill myself. Can't wait for him to be gone alreadyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. WOW. Kim is fun. Her detroit comment was like "WOW" but it was cute they added the "oh no! take it back! REWIND!" part in. I don't think she REALLY meant it...i think it came out wrong. Joey seemes like a cool dude....i thought HE was going to be the jerk of the season...but he seems ok so far!

Greg: pure entertainment Dave: totally forgettable at this point. We've seen him before too many times. He's another Johnny Bananas. Joey: I don't know what to think Brianna: the black version of Robin from San Diego Sarah: totally forgettable. The show is low on female eye candy when she's the prettiest one. Kimberley: Will never ever find a job after this whole thing airs. Will: He's a cutie, but his game is certified wack. "I've got a kindergarten crush on you." WTH, and he had nerve to think that ish was smooth too. I wonder if he used that line on Janelle and Parisa. That line right there moved him from cutie to cornball status w/ a quickness. And, did we see how fast he moved from Brianna to Sarah. I see somebody has a bit of a *********** complex.

Hmmm, I wonder if we can summon our Persian Princess for comment? ;)

Bacchus, I promise I'll stop mentioning Parisa's romantic mishaps. I just don't think you can date any of the dudes on Real World. Well maybe, somebody like Malik or Zach Mann. They seem like nice boys that you could actually have a relationship w/. And, Malik had quite a few love mishaps too. Anybody, remember him getting dogged out by Jisela?

With regards to Sarah's "flirtation" with Will in the first episode, while I am sure that she was the victim of creative editing, it is not the first time she has behaved that way when drunk. Two years ago (when still dating Ryan, her boyfriend on the show) she got drunk and flashed and made out with my now ex-boyfriend. She then e-mailed me to tell me about it. So yeah, suffice it to say that I have some prejudice when viewing the show.

It's all gravy guys. I'm not going to lie, it's really weird but at the end of the day this is the forum for the show.. I just happen to be a fan of the site too since I remember Katie and Bacchus from the wee old days that Vevmo was starting up and MTV wouldn't LET ME take an interview with Vevmo. I love the insight and commentary so fingers are crossed that you guys make TWOP the has-been of blog sites. Viva Vevmo. Keep the snark coming.

You mean Television without Pity -> NBC Universal -> General Electric/ Vivendi Universal Entertainment (part of French Media Group, Vivendi SA?) Yes, it seems they sold their snark for some change. In a March 6, 2008, TWoP blog post, founders Wing Chun, Sars, and Glark announced they were leaving the site on March 11, 2008. The blog post is no longer accessible.

RW20 is a hot mess. I'm only a few years older than this group but they make me feel like an old lady. I deal with boys (emphasis on "boys") like Will on a regular basis, but instead of being into it like Brianna and Sarah, I roll my eyes at them. Do they think crap like "I've got a kindergarten crush" works?! Fool, please! And Greg? I don't know what to make of him. If he really thought he was above RW he shouldn't have auditioned for it in the first place. Sarah and Kimberly are extremely screechy. Why do girls like them think screeching loudly makes them sound ***ertive? And I did chuckle at Sarah's dorky boyfriend and his "do anything with my girlfriend and I'll kick your ***!" With all the guys on RW looking like they go to the gym daily and like they're in frats, it was refreshing to see her boyfriend, who's kind of a Judd (RW3) type. Sarah thinks she's Julie from the first season (innocent, good girl) but my dear, you are no Julie.
