Behind the Screen: Real World DVDs

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I can personally attest that I do enjoy the greatest fights dvd and have watched it about a million times. I get sick pleasure out of watching it for some reason...

Real World DVDs

So i found out that they have a "The Real World: Greatest Fights" on DVD. This sounds really interesting since it has uncensored footage of the fights. Why would they not do a "Realworld/Roadrules Challenge: Greatest Fights" on DVD? That would be WAY more interesting than the other one that they released. Seeing the full uncensored footage of katie and veronica fighting on the inferno 1 would be just great.

Haha I didn't even know that existed!

I didn't know it existed either until i read one of Melissa's old blogs talking about it. They really need to make the greatest fights for the challenges and really show unedited footage. I feel like they cut out so much from the fights like when Melissa yelled at Julie on the first BOTS.

I'd love to see that! I could see myself watching that everyday

The Reason they wouldn't do it is because it wouldn't sell. I don't think too many people are interested in anything Real World/Road Rules related these days. That's my take on it. I could be wrong.

The complete New York and Vegas seasons are on DVD. You could probably find them at Target. You can also get them from amazon.com

The DVDs are only available online.

I seen the LV dvd a few years ago at Wal-Mart. Okay, probably more than a few years ago...

At first the stores like Target/Best Buy/Wal-Mart did carry the Real World DVDs. Once the DVDs had been out for a while the stores stopped carrying them.
