Is he going by Adam because there is another cast member called Micheal or just because he prefers that name?

As far as I have seen, his father's name is also Michael, so he is probably used to going by Adam.

Nice work! First cast member and they have been there less than a month. I have no opinion yet, but I am interested to hear how all the roommates feel about his background.

First impression---The Situation and Pauly D have a love child together. The juvie hall background is probably misleading else he wouldn't be there. Likely one of those wrong place, wrong time things but time will tell.

Forgot to mention: since he is always wearing a gold chain and appears to prefer Corona, that would make him this guy.

are we sure he has a girlfriend? i live in las vegas and have seen the cast quite a few times and this guy i seen at vanity night club on 2 occasions with the same girl.they were very close and cozy with eachother both times, holding hands,kissing,hugging that sort of stuff if he does in fact have a girlfriend thats guranteed drama,or maybe shes the girlfriend? I've heard the same thing about him and I'm pretty positive that yes, he has a girlfriend. There is a girl referring to him as her boyfriend on his wall as of the beginning of this month. And his girlfriend is not 21 yet as far as I can tell, so it definitely wouldn't be her...

This is the guy that gets kicked out of Vanity every time he comes in Because he doesn't know how to handle his alcohol. He get's so belligerent everytime he drinks. Everyone that works at Vanity cannot stand him!

At first blush, you are right. But "shooting" does not always mean anybody was hurt. Could be he was in a car where someone shot out the window and didn't hit anybody. Who knows, but I doubt they would let the triggerman in a shooting where someone was killed or seriously injured on TRW.

legally speaking, without reference to Mr. Royer: That would be "accessory to..." and in some jurisdictions chargeable at the same felony level as the shooter.

sure, but in reference to Mr. Royer, the report was something along the lines of "involvement" in a shooting which is a pretty wide net at this point. Could be anything anywhere in the steps leading up to, during, or after a shooting of some sort which may have not been at anyone or anything in particular.

Could also make someone a co-conspirator and therefor a principle in the crime which is not necessarily the same thing as an accessory, at least not where I'm from. In addition, an accessory before the fact and an accessory after the fact have totally different punishment implications if that be the case.

I met Adam right before he went to juvi so I'll clear this up for you. He didn't shoot anyone. Adam used to roll in this wannabe gang that stole from drug dealers at gunpoint. They went to go rob a dealer one night and this retard oxy addict that Adam chilled with, decided to shot the guys dog. Pretty low... that's just a portion of the stupid $hit they used to do. Adam's chilled out a bit now, but I'll never forget him rolling around in his sister's VW Bug with a loaded .45 in his back pack...
