Behind the Screen: Paris Hilton: My New BFF

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

Yep, I had it on MTV because I was watching Making the Band 4 and this came on right after it. My husband was disgusted and I thought it was pretty darn funny...

I swore up and down I wasn't going to watch this show, but then I was channel surfing and their was nothing else on. and pretty soon I was watching it...

I accidentally caught a glimpse. WOW. wooooooow. The sad part? It's way better than the Tila Tequila show (which, I know, isn't saying much!) Train-wreck reality is the best / worst.

^ That would help me out a ton, being the fact that as much as I hate to admit it, I get sucked into reality tv waaaaay to easily.

Actually wouldn't mind that all all LOL Sadly I watched this this past Tuesday and honestly...yes Paris is ridiculous and the fact that it's merely a best friend contest doesn't escape me. But it actually didn't bother me as much as I though it would and some of the girls on there are interesting. Plus it's something to watch on Tuesday so why not.

I didn't hate this show as much as I thought I would. Even though I only saw part of what I think was last weeks episode, so that could change.

I finally tuned into an episode, and I think somebody needs to slap the dog-sh** out of the annoying asian guy/girl.

I agree. I do kind of like the other guy though, even though I have no idea what his name is.

Yeah this show is a guilty pleasure. Onch (they girly-guy thing) is kind of funny. I personally have to give some respect to Paris cause she has shown a lot of compassion on the show...but that doesn't mean what she is showing could be fake.

Bryan? or Ryan...I forgot but we actually don't get to see that much of him. Mole girl is definitely gonna be the "hated" one I believe lol

I think it's Bryan, that sounds familiar. Onch is the only person I really know, so I don't really know who Mole girl is.

On the last episode, she brought 4 people to Tokyo....these were the people "up for elimination". As Paris was getting ready to take the stage at the Tokyo MTV Music Awards....she was like "Oh, hey, brittany, come on..." and brought her on stage. Pretty nuts. I woulda been freakin. AHHH DAYTIME TELEVISION WILL BE THE DEATH OF MEEE

Inexpensive, perhaps, but Bacchus Enterprises is anything but cheap. It's First Class all the way!
