Behind the Screen: Other RW/RR Challenge-Like Shows?

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I think I read somewhere that the company that produced Sasuke went bankrupt & that's why there haven't been any new ones? I also liked Kunoichi (Women's Ninja Warrior), Unbeatable Banzuke (somewhat reminiscent of the older MTV challenges), and Viking: The Ultimate Obstacle Course.
I loved unbeatable banzuke. I've never seen the Viking tho

It's crazy how many of these chicks on Steve Austin's Skull Crusher challenge would beat 75% of Challenge guys in any endurance type of challenge. We we need more athletes on the Challenge.

Lol. I'm so disappointed that this 6ft Megan chick couldn't finish the course and beat the 8:59 time. I wonder if any female other than Emily could complete this course. I'm not sure if Laurel or Evelyn can complete it.

I was shocked too but seeing Heather's cute smile after she fell was the best. I did love seeing her just demolish the pit tho. I don't know if they could beat it either.

There's one on TBS as well only with nerds and shit. And the Summer Camp one DID have a good cast so I agree with DA. USA had another one back in the day like 2000-2003 after Strip Poker but I forgot the name it was very good. And montaneous, lol.

Ansd then Noggin aka The N had GVB.
