It's that time of year for "good" horror/Scary movies. Has anyone watched any good scary movies lately? I have Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO. They can even be a little cheesy as long as there's some jump scares in it Atleast.

Thank you! Lot of them you  listing is on prime. I gotta start using it more, I have it and don't watch much on there. I feel like they would have most quality scary movies of all steaming services.

damn it i just looked it up on netflix they took it down recently lmao.

if we're being real there aren't any actual scary movies on netflix. the only movie i've actually seen on there that was somewhat scary was human centipede 2 but they took that one down too.

try watching The Autopsy of Jane Doe on there, it's probably the best one i've watched on there so far even though it's kind of a slow burner

I'm looking at Prime right now and I see a decent amount of horrors that look pretty decent, this might be the steaming service for scary movies.  

I have seen some awful ones on Netflix lol. They just throw any horror movie on there. I think hush was one of the few I enjoyed and it wasn't even that great. I'll check that one out for sure

i never said it was scary but at least it has a lot of gore which many other netflix horror movies dont have

Is Midsommar good?

i had higher expectations/was expecting it to be.... completely different than what it was. i wasn't a huge fan

Looking for more Jump scares or good storylines, don't really care about gore, blood and what not doesn't have any effect on me

Is Midsommar good?

one of my favourite movies of 2019. Florence Pugh is an incredible actress. It's not a jump scare or in your face type of horror though. It's slow paced, makes you disoriented, gets under your skin, and makes you cringe. It has elements of slasher, body horror, and cult-ish genres. It's very artsy and colourful and bright (a rarity for horror). I saw it twice in theatres (the second time was the 3 hour directors cut - also amazing)

Disney has pushed back its movies AGAIN. Black Widow was supposed to come out last May, then November, now May next year lol.

At this rate MCU phase 4 will never see the light of day, especially if another round of COVID happens this winter.  

They might finally be forced to put it on Disney + but I'm not sure if they will make a profit
