Behind the Screen: Inglourious Basterds

For over two decades, MTV's The Challenge has been the proving ground where reality TV's fiercest competitors come to cement their legacies. What started as a Real World/Road Rules spinoff has evolved into one of the most physically and mentally demanding competition series on television.

The franchise's expansion — with spinoffs in the USA, UK, Argentina, and Australia — speaks to a global appetite for the brand of cutthroat competition and alliance-driven gameplay that Vevmo's community has been tracking since 2007.

I loved it:‘Inglourious’. Quite the contrary...

Awesome movie! One of Q's best. All the characters were good, even the annoying characters. Actors were good, some hot chicks, lots of blood. See it.

I added it on Netflix today and the queue laughed at me...

A lot of people said the movie had too many subtitles. I barely noticed them. Did you guys think that was a problem?

I'm still waiting to see it (Netflix says it is going to be a very, very, long wait)....but, heck I watch films with ALL subtitles - so it is not something that bothers me. I just end up reading them and not even realizing I am reading them. It becomes part of the dialog, almost naturally after time.

One of my favorite movies is in subtitles. I never have a problem with it.

You DID point those out, to me in the Netflix thread! I wanted some suggestions and I did add them when you mentioned the series. I sadly haven't gotten to them yet since it's a household account, but next time I get pick, I'll move them right on up!

The subtitles didn't bother me at all. My dad, on the other hand, couldn't watch it because it had to many. But he's A) half ******** and B) doesn't appreciate good fiction or film. So he's useless. And PARTY AT MY HOUSE! You're all invited to come watch it :D It's so hard to get the Oscar potentials around this time of the year. I bumped The Hurt Locker to #1, but I doubt I'll get it before the ceremony.

I really loved this movie for some reason. I didnt see it in the theatre because I didn't think it was going to be worth paying 8 dollars to see. But I was totally wrong. Brad Pitt is totally goofy with his character which makes the whole movie comical. I love all the cast, they made the movie interesting, with their different accents and looks, you really could tell who was from where.

LOVE THIS MOVIE. Yeah, the subtitles didn't bother me. I didn't even notice them really. My dad loved it, my mom hated it -- but she hates violence.

I found this movie to be okay. I though had some critques of it. It had parts that dragged like when Eli Roth was standing in the tunnel and didn't come out for which felt like forever but in reality it was more like 3 minutes. The scene in the bar was just so long and boring to me as well. The guy who played the jew hunter though did a great job and stole his scenes.
