TMZ has learned Heather Locklear was arrested yesterday on suspicion of driving while impaired. Locklear was pulled over while driving in the Santa Barbara area. Law enforcement officers tell us alcohol was not involved, however, they are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs. [via TMZ]
Oh, she is totally tweaking on something in that photo!

I don't know enough about the effects of drugs to decide what she's on. I really hope she turns out to be clean though. She's been through a lot lately. She was romantically linked to David Spade for Christ's sake!!! Posted via Mobile Device
